We stayed 2 nights , for a spa break, the spa was excellent, very busy but we still liked it, the treatment we had in our package was lovely. Dinner on both nights were brilliant. The lady at the reception who checked us in on the 13th whose namevi don't remember :( was so helpful and kind.The breakfast service was swift . Overall a relaxing much needed break.** its worth booking the valet parking** Its highly unlikely that you get lucky like us and find a free spot .
Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, amazing spa. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Everything thought of, robes ,flip flops for spa. Room was spacious and comfy, had an amazing night sleep. Bathroom was again spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Extra touch with recognising my husbands birthday. Would stay again. Room 114.
Fabulous location and the hotel and staff were amazing. Id warn against 4th floor rooms. Our room 415 was tiny tiny. I bumped my head twice on the attic beams. Next time Ill make sure we request other rooms. The meal at 1789 was very nice.
