Popped in to ask about a repair to the charging port of my phone, wanting to know about cost, how long it would take etc. Chap took it to his repair desk and fixed it there and then. Ok so it must have been a straightforward issue but the fact that he dealt with it immediately, and then refused to take any payment makes this 5 star service in my view. Great stuff, thank you.
