Solomon’s Temple

Solomon’s Temple is a two storey Victorian folly. The tower, also known as Grinlow Tower is built on top of a Bronze Age barrow. At 440M above sea level the tower has fantastic views over Buxton and the surrounding Derbyshire countryside. The tower now only contains a spiral staircase to a viewing platform at the top.

Access is by foot only.
